Terms and Conditions

Counselling services are provided in a safe, confidential, and respectful environment to support your personal growth and well-being. All information shared during sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Appointments should be attended on time, and clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur the full session fee.

Counselling is a collaborative process, and while every effort is made to support positive outcomes, no specific results can be guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to participate actively, communicate openly, and complete any agreed activities between sessions. Payment is due at the time of each session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Clients are responsible for informing the counsellor of any changes to their contact details, medical conditions, or medications that may affect the counselling process.

Counselling services are not intended to replace emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a crisis or require immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support organization. By attending counselling sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
